Officer Jeff Hagan graduated from the Delaware County Police Academy in 2018. Prior to joining the Willistown Township Police Department in 2021, Jeff worked at the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department. Jeff possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from The Pennsylvania State University.
