Officer Thomas J. Wooding has been a police officer since 2011 and is a graduate of the Delaware County Police Academy. Officer Wooding joined the Willistown Township Police Department in 2021, after working for the Clifton Heights Borough Police Department, where he held the positions of Patrol Officer, Criminal Investigator, and Patrol Sergeant. Officer Wooding possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Science Degree in Public Safety: Criminal Justice from Liberty University. Currently, Officer Wooding is assigned as a Field Training Officer, Taser Instructor, and Firearms Instructor, and is a member of the West Chester Regional Emergency Response Team.
