Lieutenant Jeff Heim has been with the Willistown Twp. Police Department for since 1999. Prior to being promoted to Lieutenant, Jeff supervised the Criminal Investigation Unit.
Lieutenant Heim received BS in Criminal Justice from West Chester University. He is a team leader on the West Chester Regional Emergency Response Team (SWAT) and is also a member of the Chester County Municipal Drug Task Force.
