The Willistown Police Department will once again partner with the US DEA for this nation-wide program, giving the public an opportunity to rid their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs. Bring your medications – i.e. pills, tablets, capsules, patches, liquids/creams, and powders – to the Willistown Police Station at 688 Sugartown Road for disposal. Original manufacturers’ and pharmacists’ containers are preferred. If these have been discarded, place drugs in a plastic bag. (The DEA cannot accept needles or sharps, intravenous solutions, or illicit substances such as cocaine, heroin, and marijuana.) The service is free and anonymous; no questions asked.
