Sgt. Bullock has been with the department since January 1995. He is one of the department’s firearms and simunition instructors, as well as a field-training officer and EVOC instructor.
He was a member of the West Chester Regional Emergency Response Team from 2006 to 2025 and was a Team Leader.
In May 2025 he completed the FBI-LEEDA Leadership Trilogy series.
