Sealed bids for the “2026/2028 GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CONTRACT” will be received by the Willistown Township Board of Supervisors until March 2, 2026, at 1 PM. All bids shall be upon forms furnished by the Township, which may be obtained by contacting John Holback, Parks and Preserves Steward, at 610-647-5300 x261, or electronically via email at jholback@willistown.pa.us or Bill Hagan Jr, Director of Public Works, at 610-647-5300 x240, or electronically via email at bhagan@willistown.pa.us.
All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Willistown Township. Envelopes containing bids shall be sealed, marked “2026/2028 Grounds Maintenance Contract” and delivered to:

Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Township meeting room located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA 19355 on March 2, 2026, at 1 PM. Any bid received after the March 2, 2026, deadline of 1 PM will be returned to the bidder unopened.
The Project includes the complete grounds maintenance of Township owned properties. The contract will include mowing, string cleaning, and clean up.
The Willistown Township Board of Supervisors intends to award this contract to the lowest responsible bidder during their public meeting on March 9, 2026. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any defects or irregularities in any bid.
