PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on February 9, 2026, at the Willistown Township Municipal Building located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA, to consider the following application for conditional use:
No. C-02-25 Application of Willistown Senior Apartments, LLC for conditional use approval pursuant to §139-75.2 of the Willistown Township Code in order to permit an age-restricted apartment development and conditional use approval pursuant to §73-32.D of the Willistown Township Code to permit disturbance of steep slopes for the purpose of installing and maintaining stormwater infrastructure. The property consists of two parcels with addresses of 27 and 29 Industrial Boulevard, Willistown Township, Chester County, respectively known as tax parcels #54-1-2.13 and 54-1-2.12. The property is located in the I Restricted Industrial District.
