Public Notice: In accordance with the requirement of the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act No. 537, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania is preparing to submit to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PaDEP) a Sewage Facilities Planning Act 537 Special Study to address the decommissioning of the Deerfield Knoll Wastewater Treatment Plant and the diversion of flow to the Willistown Woods Wastewater Treatment Plant. Both plants are owned and operated by Aqua Pennsylvania Wastewater.
