The Valley Forge Sewer Authority is preparing an Act 537 Plan to assess the need for E. Pikeland Twp and Schuylkill Twp to increase their sanitary sewer capacities allocated at the VFSA Wastewater Treatment Plant which discharges to the Schuylkill River.
