NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public hearing on September 10, 2024, at 6:00 PM, in the auditorium of the General Wayne Elementary School, located at 20 Devon Rd, Malvern, PA 19355, to consider subdivision and land development application L-01-24, submitted by Rock Hill Farm Acquisitions, LLC, that proposes to subdivide and develop two properties located within the Township’s RU zoning district at 185 Grubb Road and 2320 South Valley Road, Willistown Township.
