Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township has received a proposal for the addition of UPI 54-7-10.2 and 54-7-10.8 to the Willistown Township Agricultural Security Area. The properties are located at 8 Barr Road and 10 Twin Creek Lane, owned by Nathan W. and Robyn E. Jameson and 10 Twin Creek LLC and comprise 16.7 acres and 3.3 acres respectively. The proposal is on file and open to public inspection at the Township Municipal Office, 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern PA 19355 where they may be viewed, and copies made at the cost of reproduction during normal business hours.
Any government unit encompassing or adjacent to the proposed area, any landowner who owns the land proposed to be included within the proposed area, or any landowner with lands adjacent to or near the proposed area who wishes such lands to be included or not included therein may propose modifications of the proposed area.
Objections to the proposal and proposed modifications to the proposal must be filed with the Board of Supervisors and the Willistown Township Planning Commission within fifteen (15) days of the date of publication of this notice. At the termination of the fifteen (15) day period, the proposal and proposed modifications will be submitted to the Chester County Planning Commission, the Willistown Township Planning Commission, and the Willistown Township Agricultural Security Area Advisory Committee. Thereafter, a public hearing will be held on the proposal, any modifications, and the recommendations of the Planning Commissions and the Advisory Committee.
