NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at Sugartown Elementary School, 611 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application Z-3-24: Application of Richard and Kimberly McDonnell which seeks a variance from §139-36.C.2(a)(Side yards) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a detached garage which will encroach approximately 6 feet into the required 10 foot side yard; and a variance from §139-94.B (Yard exception for accessory uses and buildings) to permit a detached garage with a footprint which exceeds 150 square feet to be located in the required side yard, where it otherwise not permitted, for the property located at 29 Wistar Road, Paoli, being UPI No. 54-1Q-259, in the R-3 Residential Zoning District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Application Z-4-24: Application of MLT Investment Group, LLC which seeks a variance from §139-111.P(1)(a)(Nonconforming signs) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the face of an existing legally nonconforming sign on the property to be changed due to a change in business operation name, which is otherwise not permitted, for the property located at 516 King Road, Paoli, being UPI No. 54-1K-68, in the HB Highway Business District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
