[ARCHIVED] Zoning Hearing Board Public Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at General Wayne Elementary School, 20 Devon Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following: 

Application Z-12-23: Application of Sean Collins and Ariana Cunningham, which seeks variances from the following sections of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance: §139-36.C(1)(Front yard) to permit the construction of a home addition that will encroach approximately 15.33 feet into the required 30 foot front yard facing Linden Lane; §139-36.C(1)(Front yard) for the existing residential structure which encroaches approximately 7.8 feet into the required 30 foot front yard facing Sandy Lane; and §139-36.C(3)(Rear yard) for the existing residential structure which encroaches approximately 2.9 feet into the required 25 foot rear yard. The Applicants also seek a special exception pursuant to §139-90.B.2(Extension) to permit the construction of a home addition that would be an expansion of the existing nonconforming residential structure, for the property located at 12 Sandy Lane, being UPI No. 54-1P-91, in the R-3 Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary.

Application Z-1-24: Application of Nicholas and Kjisten Robin, which seeks a special exception pursuant to §139-90.B.2(b)(Extension) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a home addition that would encroach into the Riparian Buffer Area, which would be an expansion of the existing nonconforming residential structure. The Applicants also seek a variance from §139-90.B.2(b)(Extension) to permit an extension of a  nonconforming structure that will exceed 50% of the existing nonconforming area, where it is otherwise not permitted, for the property located at 27 Bryan Avenue, being UPI No. 54-1Q-50, in the R-3 Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
