Notice is hereby given that on October 23, 2023, at 7 pm in the Willistown Township Municipal Building located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA 19355, the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public meeting to consider enacting the following:
AN ORDINANCE OF WILLISTOWN TOWNSHIP AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP AND COMCAST OF PENNSYLVANIA, LLC
A copy of the full text of the ordinance and agreement may be examined at the address set forth above, during normal business hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
