At the Willistown Board of Supervisors meeting on August 15, 2022, a question was asked concerning PreDoC, and whether the contractor’s periodic inspections and maintenance of low-pressure sewer customers’ systems were up to date. The Township checked and found that a number of residents have not received their periodic inspections and maintenance. Although these residents had paid the $50 quarterly charge, the work had not been done. Therefore, all of these residents will receive a full refund of all monies paid for services not received and, if there are any out-of-pocket costs incurred as a result of missed periodic cleaning and maintenance, they will be reviewed for potential refund on a case-by-case basis. The Township will be contacting all residents rate payers who are owed a refund directly.
