NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application Z-9-22: Application of KC Sign Company and Management Assistance Group which seeks a variance from § 13 9-110 .J ( 4) (Use and location requirements) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the installation of a 56.58 square foot illuminated tenant panel ground sign which will exceed the maximum permitted size of 24 square feet and will replace the existing ground sign for the property owned by Blair & Son, Inc. and ThompsonGold-Craig Partnership located at 16 Industrial Boulevard, being UPI No. 54-1-2.1, in the IRestricted Industrial District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Application Z-10-22: Application of Alliance Housing Development, LLC which seeks a variance from §139-98.G (Residential parking requirements) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the proposed construction of an age-restricted apartment development with approximately 108 dwelling units in two 3-story buildings which will provide one parking space per dwelling unit where two parking spaces per dwelling unit are required. The Applicant is the equitable owner of the properties located at 27-29 Industrial Boulevard, being UPI Nos. 54-1-2.12 and 54-1-2.13, in the I- Restricted Industrial District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
A copy of the foregoing applications will be available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours. An opportunity will be given to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to these applications. Due to the risks in regard to the COVID-19 virus, residents may be able to access the hearing via the ZOOM meeting conference platform. Information on how to join the meeting will be available on the Willistown Township website (https://www.willistown.pa.usD in advance of the meeting and will be posted at the Municipal Building.
