NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public hearing at its regular public meeting on July 18, 2022, at 7:00 PM, at the Charles E. Coxe Memorial Campus, 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA 19355 to consider the following application for conditional use:
No. C-2-22 Application of Management Assistance Group, on behalf of property owner Blair & Son, Inc., for conditional use approval pursuant to § 139-111.C of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance in order to construct an electronic sign on property located at 16 Industrial Blvd, Willistown Township, Chester County (UPI 54-1-2.1). The property is located in the I – Restricted Industrial Zoning District.
The meeting agenda will be available on the Willistown Township website and will be posted at the Municipal Building prior to the meeting. Full copies of the conditional use application are available for public examination without charge or may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof at the Municipal Building.
