NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application Z-1-22: Application of Rittenhouse Builders, Inc. which seeks a variance from §139-13.C(1)(Area and height regulations) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the extension of an existing barn which will encroach approximately 3.72 feet into the required 75 feet front yard setback and a special exception pursuant to §139-90.B(2) (Nonconforming buildings or uses) to permit the extension of an existing nonconforming building for the construction of an enclosed parking area where such extension is only permitted by special exception for the property owned by Patrick Scullin and Giselle Geddes located at 27 Old Covered Bridge Road, being UPI No. 54-7-20.30, in the RU Rural District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Copies of the foregoing applications will be available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours. An opportunity will be given to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to these applications. Due to the risks in regard to the COVID-19 virus, residents may be able to access the hearing via the ZOOM meeting conference platform. Information on how to join the meeting will be available on the Willistown Township website (https://www.willistown.pa.us/) in advance of the meeting and will be posted at the Municipal Building.
