NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to render a decision on the following application. Due to the risks in regard to the COVID-19 virus, the hearing will be conducted virtually using the ZOOM meeting conference software. Information on how to join the meeting will be available on the Willistown Township website (https://www.willistown.pa.us/) in advance of the meeting and will be posted at the Municipal Building.
Application No. Z-1-21: Application of Adam Loew and Kelly Loew which appeals the decision/Zoning Notice dated December 21, 2020 regarding the installation of a fence pursuant to §139-123 (Functions: Appeals from Zoning Officer) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance; alternatively, Applicants seek equitable relief pursuant to a determination of equitable estoppel, vested rights, and/or variance by estoppel to permit a nonconforming fence to remain on the Applicants’ property; or, alternatively, Applicants seek a variance from §139-105.B (Fences or walls) to permit a fence that exceeds six feet in height, where six feet is the maximum permitted height, to remain on the property located at 721 Hillview Road, being UPI #54-3-333.2A, in the Rural District; and any such further relief as may be necessary.
