NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following applications. Due to the risks in regard to the COVID-19 virus, the hearing will be conducted virtually using the ZOOM meeting conference software. Information on how to join the meeting will be available on the Willistown Township website (https://www.willistown.pa.us/) in advance of the meeting and will be posted at the Municipal Building.
Application No. Z-2-21: Application of Darren and Jill Jerome which seeks a special exception pursuant to §139-90.B(2) (Extension) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a sunroom on an existing non-conforming deck on the dwelling and expand the existing non-conforming structure to encroach approximately 9 feet into the required 25-foot rear yard setback; and §139-90.C(2) (Change) to permit the existing nonconforming deck to be used as a sunroom, for the property located at 23 Beryl Road, being UPI No. 54-1P-206, in the R-3 Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Application No. Z-3-21: Application of Jennifer Malone and Lisa Thornbury which seeks a variance from §139-94 (Yard exception for accessory uses and buildings) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a detached garage to be located in the required front yard, where it is otherwise not permitted; and a variance from §139-32.C(3) to permit the proposed garage to be located 1 foot from the rear yard property line, where 30 feet is required, for the property located at 45 Stonehenge Lane, being UPI No. 54-2C-53, in the R-2 Residence District, and such further relief as may be necessary.
