Sealed bids for the “2021/2025 GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CONTRACT” will be received by the Willistown Township Board of Supervisors until April 9, 2021 at 11 AM. All bids shall be upon forms furnished by the Township, which may be obtained by calling Mary Hundt, Director of Parks & Recreation, at 610-647-5300 x224, or electronically via email at mhundt@willistown.pa.us.
All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Willistown Township. Envelopes containing bids shall be sealed, marked “2021/2025 Grounds Maintenance Contract” and delivered to:

Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read aloud via Zoom in the Township meeting room #208 located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA 19355 on April 9, 2021 at 11 AM. Any bid received after the April 9, 2021 deadline of 11 AM will be returned to the bidder unopened.
The Project includes the complete grounds maintenance of all Township owned properties. The contract will include mowing, string trimming, shrubbery trimming, ball field maintenance, weeding, wood chipping trails, playground mulch installation; parks sign, landscape bed, and shrub and tree ring maintenance to include mulching and edging twice a year; and, leaf removal.
The Willistown Township Board of Supervisors intends to award this contract to the lowest responsible bidder during their public meeting on April 12, 2021 The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any defects or irregularities on proposal.
