NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Thursday, November 12, 2020, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following application. Due to the risks in regard to the COVID-19 virus, the hearing will be conducted virtually using the ZOOM meeting conference software. Information on how to join the meeting will be available on the Willistown Township website (https://www.willistown.pa.us/) in advance of the meeting and will be posted at the Municipal Building.
Application No. Z-3-20: Application of Brian S. and Geri S. Rice who seek a variance from §139-36.D (Impervious coverage) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a swimming pool and pool deck that would increase the impervious coverage on the property to 27.8% where 25% is the maximum permitted impervious coverage for the property located at 29 Duffryn Avenue, being UPI #54-1P-49, in the R-3 Residence District; and any such further relief as may be necessary.
A copy of the foregoing applications is available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours. An opportunity will be given to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to this application.
