NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following applications. Application No. Z-1-20: Application of Dr. Caroline Fenkel who seeks variances from §§139-94.A(1) and 139-94.B (Yard exception for accessory uses and buildings) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of an equestrian riding ring that will be located within the required side and rear yard setbacks, will not be situated a minimum of 50 feet further back from the front property line than the rearmost portion of the principal building, and will be an additional accessory structures/building in the side and/or rear yards where there are already two existing accessory structures/buildings, for the property located at 4 Apple Tree Lane, being UPI #54-7-52.5, in the RU Rural District; and such further relief as may be necessary.

Application No. Z-2-20: Application of Christopher and Jennifer Hemple who seek variances from §139-28.A (Lot area and width) and §139-28.C (Yards) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of an addition to the existing dwelling resulting in an extension of the existing encroachment into the required front yard setback of 60 feet and resulting in a side yard of 22.2 feet where 30 feet is required, for the property located at 3 Vernon Lane, being UPI No. 54-3-71, in the R-1 Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
