If you are selected to comment, we will state your name and un-mute you so you can speak. Briefly state your name, address, and item of concern, etc.

If you are calling in from a land-line phone, you will not get a Q&A option but can participate audibly. Press *9 to "raise your hand." We will acknowledge your number verbally and then un-mute you. Briefly state your name, address, and item of concern, etc.

For all audible participants, please make sure that you do so in a quiet area, so there are no distracting sounds in the background. Also, we reserve the right to mute/remove any unruly or unintelligible attendees.
