The Willistown Township Board of Supervisors will consider adoption of an ordinance at its regular public meeting on January 27, 2020 at 7:00 PM, in the cafeteria of Sugartown Elementary School, 611 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA, pursuant to a recommendation from the Willistown Planning Commission.
AN ORDINANCE OF WILLISTOWN TOWNSHIP, CHESTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 73 OF THE WILLISTOWN TOWNSHIP CODE, BEING THE WILLISTOWN TOWNSHIP ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ORDINANCE OF 1995, ESTABLISHING A DEFINITION AND EXCEPTION FOR CERTAIN HIGH TUNNEL FACILITIES. EFFECTIVE FIVE DAYS FROM ENACTMENT.
Section 1. Article 1, §73-4, Definitions, is amended by inserting a new definition for high tunnel.
Section 2. Article VIII, §73-36 G(2)(d), Stormwater Management, is amended by inserting an additional Agricultural Related Activities exemption for high tunnels.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be effective five days from the date of enactment.
