NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application No. Z-11-19: Application of Calvin W. Schmidt and Christa B. Schmidt who appeal an August 14, 2019 Enforcement Notice regarding the height of a roof over a constructed equestrian riding arena pursuant to §139-123 (Functions: appeals from Zoning Officer) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance. Alternatively, the applicants seek variances from §§139-6 (Definitions) and 139-13 (Area and Height Regulations) to permit the applicants to retain the already constructed roof with cupola on the riding ring that exceeds 35 feet in height, for the property located at 6074 Goshen Road, being UPI #54-7-19, in the RU Rural District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Copies of the foregoing applications are available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours. An opportunity will be given to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to these applications.
