NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application No. Z-2-19: Application of Robert Kraut and Meghan Kraut who appeal a Zoning Officer determination pursuant to §139-123 (Functions: appeals from Zoning Officer) regarding the proposed extension of an existing nonconforming building; alternatively, Applicants seek a special exception pursuant to §139-90.B(2) (Nonconforming buildings or uses) to permit the construction of an addition to the existing nonconforming building at the property located at 47 Green Lane, being UPI No. 54-6-30.1, in the RU Rural District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Application No. Z-4-19: Application of Paul J. Riley, IV and Pamela K. Riley who seek a
variance from §139-18.D (Impervious coverage) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a swimming pool and pool deck that would increase the impervious coverage on the property, which is an existing nonconforming lot, to 16.8% where 15% is the maximum permitted impervious coverage for the property located at 6 Mill Road, being UPI No. 54-3-296.3, in the RA Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Application No. Z-5-19: Application of Kathleen Tremmel and Lothar Tremmel who seek a variance from §139-13.C(2) (Area and height regulations) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a detached garage within the required 40 foot yard setback along the property line for the property located at 778 Sugartown Road, begin UPI No. 54-6-32.5, in the RU Rural District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Copies of the foregoing applications are available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours. An opportunity will be given to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to these applications.
