NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application No. Z-12-18: Application of Theodore H. Wentz III who seeks a variance from §73-13.A(1)(b) (Conservation measures) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit the planting of 220 caliper inches of tree replacements at 3” and 4” caliper where 196 caliper inches of tree replacements at 5” caliper is required at the property located at 765 Hillview Road, being UPI No. 54-7-8, in the RU Rural District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Application No. Z-1-19: Application of Charles E. Harrison, III and Karen L. Harrison who seek a variance from §139-94.B (Yard exception for accessory uses and buildings) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit an extension of an accessory structure that would encroach approximately 6.5 ft. into the required 40 foot side yard setback and 2.5 ft. into the required 40 foot rear yard setback for the property located at 48 Laurel Circle, being UPI No. 54-3-143, in the RA Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
