NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application No. Z-10-18: Application of The Institutes a/k/a American Institute for Property and Liability Underwriters, Inc. which seeks a variance from §139-13.E (Impervious coverage) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance for the properties located at 737 Sugartown Road and 716 Providence Road, being UPI Nos. 54-6-48.1 and 54-6-49.1, respectively, in the RU Rural District to permit the completion of walking trails that will increase the impervious coverage from 17.4% and 13.8% to 18.8% and 15.0%, respectively, where 13% is permitted; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Application No. Z-11-18: Application of Mr. and Mrs. Sangiorgio who seek a special exception pursuant to §139-90B.(2) (Extension of nonconforming buildings or use), or, in the alternative, a variance from §139-18C.(1) (Area regulations) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of an addition on the first and second floors, and a front porch encroaching into the front yard setback at the existing nonconforming dwelling at the property located at 19 Clearview Road, being UPI No. 54-3-266 in RA Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Copies of the foregoing applications are available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours. An opportunity will be given to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to these applications.
