NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public hearing at its regular public meeting on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the Charles E. Coxe Memorial Campus, 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA 19355 to consider the following application for conditional use:
C-04-25 Application of MPS Communications for conditional use approval pursuant to §139-111.C to permit the construction of an illuminated wall sign on the property located at 4 Industrial Blvd, Willistown Township, Chester County (UPI 54-1-10). The property is located in the I Zoning District.
The meeting agenda will be available on the Willistown Township website and will be posted at the Municipal Building prior to the meeting. Full copies of the conditional use application are available for public examination without charge or may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof at the Municipal Building.
