NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public hearing at its public meeting on June 16, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the Township Building located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA, 19355 to consider the following application for conditional use:
No. C-03-25 Application of Willistown Knoll Homeowners Association, Inc. for Aqua Pennsylvania Wastewater, Inc. for conditional use approval pursuant to §73-62.A(2)(a), §73-62.B(2)(a) and §139-118.1 of the Willistown Township Code to permit a driveway crossing for a utility within Zones 1 and 2 of the Riparian Buffer Area on the property located on Dartmouth Road (UPI No. 54-8-22.1). The property is in the RA-1 Residence District and M-7 Overlay.
