NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application Z-07-25: Application of Joshua Gentile and Tina Wells, which seeks a variance from §139-13.C(2) (Area and height regulations – Other yards) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a detached garage, which will replace the existing detached garage, and will encroach approximately 24.1 feet into the required 40 foot side yard setback for the property located at 2287 S. Valley Road, being UPI No. 54-4-9, in the RU Rural District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
