NOTICE IS GIVEN in accordance with the requirement of the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act No. 537, that Willistown Township is preparing to submit to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection an Act 537 Special Study (Plan) to address the connection of twenty-eight properties on Monument and Sugartown Roads to sewers bring constructed as a part of the Troutbeck Farm development upon the Troutbeck sewer system’s dedication to the Township expected in 2025. This notice has been published to allow the general public to review and comment on the proposed Plan.
The 30-day public comment period commences on the date of this advertisement. The public may review the Special Study at the Township Building, 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA 19355 during business hours, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. The Special Study is also available for review on the Township’s website (www.willistown.pa.us).
