NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at General Wayne Elementary School, 20 Devon Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application Z-10-24: Application of Marcel Sleiman, which seeks a special exception pursuant to §139-90.B(2) (Extension) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a home addition to the existing single-family detached dwelling on the property, which is an existing non-conforming building, for the property located at 6 Long Lane, being UPI No. 54-3-26, which is located in the R-1 Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Application Z-11-24: Application of Donato and Marylu Onorato, which seeks a variance from §139-28.C(2)(Area regulations) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a home addition that will encroach approximately 7.6 feet into the 30 foot required side yard, for the property located at 23 Hickory Lane, being UPI No. 54-2-31, which is located in the R-1 Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
