Notice is given that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M., on August 19, 2024, at General Wayne Elementary School located at 20 Devon Road, Malvern, PA 19355 to consider the following application for conditional use:
No. C-3-24 Application of Steven C. Graham for conditional use approval pursuant to §73-32.D(2) for construction of a driveway crossing precautionary slope within the Steep Slope Conservation District and §73-62.B(2)(a) construction of a driveway crossing Zone 2 of the Riparian Buffer Area Conservation District on the property located at 7036 Goshen Road Willistown Township, Chester County (UPI No. 54-6-59). The property is located within the RU Zoning District and consists of 3.23 acres.
