NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public hearing at 7:00PM, July 15, 2024, at General Wayne Elementary School located at 20 Devon Road, Malvern, Pennsylvania, 19355, to consider adoption of an Ordinance titled and summarized as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 73, ARTICLE VII, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF WILLISTOWN TOWNSHIP, GOVERNING EXEMPTIONS FROM THE GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS. A summary of the proposed ordinance follows: Section 1. Amends Chapter 73, Section 36.G (2) (f), of the Code of Willistown Township, pertaining to improvement-related exemptions from stormwater management requirements. Stormwater management facilities shall not be required for: (1) any net increase of regulated impervious surface up to 800 square feet, calculated cumulatively from December 16, 2013; (2) the square footage of surface water area for a freeboard swimming pool; and (3) concrete pads, stone beds or other similar impervious material of 15 square feet or less supporting generators, air conditioning units, oil or gas tanks, or other similar structures, up to a total of 75 square feet.
