NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application Z-3-23: Application of David and Daphne MacMillan, which seeks a variance from §139-13(C)(2) (Area and height regulations) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the installation of a swimming pool that will encroach approximately 20 feet into the required minimum 40-foot side yard, for the property located at 737 Hillview Road, being UPI No. 54-3-334, in the RU Rural District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
