NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application Z-12-22: Application of Chinmaya Mission Tri-State Center which proposes to redevelop the subject property with a 6,116 s.f. addition to the existing structure with associated site improvements, including off-street parking, and seeks a special exception, pursuant to §139-12.F(1) (Use regulations) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit the subject property to be utilized as a non-profit religious use, for the property located at 8044 Goshen Road, being UPI No. 54-6-36, in the RU Rural District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Application Z-1-23:Application of Peter Stahl and Beth Stahl which seeks variances from the following sections of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance: §139-18.C(2) (Area regulations) to permit the construction of a detached garage with a footprint of 1236.25 square foot which will encroach 20 feet into the required 40 foot side yard setback; and §139-94.B (Yard exception for accessory uses and buildings) to permit a structure with a footprint which exceeds 150 square feet to be located in the required yard, for the property located at 170 Grubb Road, being UPI No. 54-3-300.14D, in the RA Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary. Copies of the foregoing applications will be available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours.
